What exactly does Silk Road Health do?
We are a coordination service, not a hospital. We match you with vetted Xi'an hospitals, book your appointments, provide a bilingual escort for every visit, and manage transport and hotel logistics. You pay the hospital directly for treatment; we charge a separate coordination fee discussed during your free consultation.
Are the hospitals safe and accredited?
We work exclusively with Grade-A hospitals and specialist dental clinics in Xi'an that meet national accreditation standards. We do not partner with any clinic we have not personally evaluated.
How does payment work?
Hospital fees are paid on-site in Chinese yuan (CNY) — we walk you through every step. Our coordination fee can be settled by international bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal before your arrival.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule at no charge up to 7 days before your appointment. Within 7 days, a partial coordination fee may apply. We handle all rescheduling directly with the hospital on your behalf.
